We are excited to invite you to join the 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 of the Global Health Management Journal as a 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫 for our upcoming 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬 on 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒔, 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒂, 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒚 category.
This special issue is inspired by our recent study visit to the 𝑴𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝑷𝒖𝒃𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉, 𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒅, where our Master’s students—primarily medical practitioners and health providers from Indonesia—had the opportunity to engage with the Director of the Health Department. The visit provided valuable insights into Thailand’s healthcare services, media strategies, health management, and policy frameworks, offering perspectives that strongly resonate with ongoing research in Global Health Management Journal.
To enrich this discussion, we aim to 𝒃𝒓𝒊𝒅𝒈𝒆 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒕𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑰𝒏𝒅𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒊 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒔𝒚𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒔, fostering a comparative understanding that can drive policy improvements and practical innovations.
